Dreikurs

Dreikurs Study Group is a 6 week book discussion for parents and is offered twice a year (Fall and Winter). The group meets in the vestibule at school right after morning carpools in the Fall. The Winter group meets in the evenings to better accommodate working parents.

Lisa Sanden leads discussion groups following the book: "Children: the Challenge", by Rudolf Dreikurs. By the end of six weeks you'll understand why current child-rearing practices are ineffective, and you'll know what to do about:

• bedtime
• sibling rivalry
• the terrible twos
• tantrums

• mealtime
• sharing
• and lots more...

Books are available from school or at any bookstore. Sign up online and read the first seven chapters in preparation for the first session. First-year parents should attend.
