Summer Camp

Our Summer Camp programs combine classroom activities with swimming, and outdoor play, which are designed to stimulate intellectual and physical development and channel natural energy and enthusiasm into productive activities. Swimming instructors are continuously on duty in the pool. Enrollment is open to non-Countryside Montessori families March 1st, 2012

Toddler Toddlers (16-36 months) work in the classroom and play outdoors daily. They are served a nutritious morning snack. Enrollment is limited and the class is staffed by a professionally-trained Montessori teacher.

Elementary This program is for children currently enrolled in Countryside's Elementary Program. The area of study changes yearly and will be announced in the summer bulletin, but Elementary Camp also includes swimming and sports.

Primary Children (3-6 years old) enjoy the classroom, interest-area activities, swimming, and outdoor play. Gym and other outdoor activities provide plenty of exposure to fresh air and sunshine. In the pool, swimming instruction is offered at all times. In all-day programs, lunch is served. All activities are supervised by professional Montessori teachers and staff and even some CMS alumni.
